Bukit dan Gunung Saya Daki

ni baru halfway then after selekoh bukit lagi

My waist all the way down aches like crazy- my tigh, my knee, my betis and semua la. I jalan macam  Mr Hub pulak , walked limply one side J . Ni semua gara gara mendaki bukit last weekend.

Instead of boarding a hotel coach, we drove our own car to  Japanese Tea house and Botanical garden. Little that we knew that vehicle was not  allowed to go further up.

Looking at the very  steep hill, we decided to wait for a coach but thought otherwise when the guard said that nowadays the shuttle bus only made a move once there were enough headcount. So afraid that we would stuck there, we braved ourselves up.

Mak datuk termengah mengah and berpeluh peluh den heheh. Nasib tak pengsan- sebab lama sangat tak berlari or berjonget or bekerja rumah, stamina takda, terstop stop la I mendaki – the girls and Q cepat ja sampai atas. I berapa kali berhenti da :d

Do you like to climb mountains/hills? My dad climbed up  Kinabalu Mount and most of the gunung gunung comel di Malaysia. The highest mountain that he climbed  is Kalapata  in Nepal. He is the mountain-hill guy. But not me.

I used to follow him doing his exercises – walking up and down the hills – that was 13 years ago- beriadah pun cari bukit like the one  in Taman Tasik Permaisuri Cheras – track dia bukit bukit. I only completed 1 or 2 rounds (depending pada kepenatan) but he would go on and on for a duration of  1.5 or 2 hours.

I stopped that kind of exercise when somebody told me that walking up the hills would only enlarge my bon bon- yeah u burn calories and lose weight but you juga membesar dan melebarkan bon bon hehe- I have no idea if that is true.  Anybody can confirm?:). Masalahnya bila dah tak naik bukit bukan ja bon bon besar, satu badan besar you hahaha.

How about you dear semua, gunung dan bukit mana telah didaki?  I will climb up the highest of mountain walau berapi sekali pun J in the name of love (chewahhhh, hmm dalam mimpi jala Ermayum hehe)

Till later yeah

Young Soul

Have you ever felt that you are aging ?

Apart from the changes in your appearance, have you REALLY felt that you are getting older?
I don’t :D. Bak kata Rita Rudaini in his later ads- usia cuma pada number heheh.

Hard to feel that I am so old  now – as compared to 15, or 20 years ago. Years ago seems only yesterday happened.

I mean as an individual, I still feel like what I used to feel, still do most of the things the way I did it in the past, still has the same likes and dislikes, the way my mind works or my heart reacts to most things are not much different from how I used to think or react.

My physical may have aged but I think my soul remain ageless :D.

Yes I have matured a lot in some aspects of life and I may do certain things in a different way than I used to do . I have become wiser in my judgment  or more far-sighted in dealing with my emotional outburst or anger  or dissatisfaction. I may be able to respond calmly to certain thing that may have provoked me easily 15 years back , I maybe able to control my temper, or able to accept fact and reality in a more positive way  and many other things that I may have done differently or otherwise

But

The essence of me – is still me.

Hmmm how to say this? :D, I feel that I have not aged – if I were to treat my entire existence into hardware and software – the latter part does not age- I don’t feel it gets any older- it just  remains the way it was/is – as young as the first day when I started to understand  the existence of life.

I dont mean that I dekat takuk lama or jadi buruk jugak- you know- the feeling of the inner me -my soul-  remains as young as before - years ago, when I first understood that I can think and say things to myself , the day that I started to talk to myself on the pros and the cons (kata hati, kata otak - all the voices in me) - that part of me remains young and ageless. That "tangible" thing remains the same

:) anybody get what I am saying? :D

Never mind- I mengarut ja heheh.

Till later  my lovely reader, till later

Ps:
I am out of idea because my tummy is full of food from all the open houses, open divisions and open company and all so bear with me :D

Tangan Tangan Baju

I attended my friends’ wedding last Sunday. The bride is my office mate and the groom was an a former colleague. The male  friend has left UTSB for good - jadi boss diri sendiri :). Sama cantik sama padan and may both of you bahagia dunia akhirat (bukan saja sampai anak cucu ye), Aminnnn. Another ceremony is going to take place next Saturday at the Holiday Villa Hotel, Subang - the groom’s side. So see you all again next week heheh.

Sambil makan and chit chat I keep my eyes on people dress, particularly their sleeves.

I ada satu lagi baju raya yang I tak tau nak buat tangannya macam mana, kononnya nak feminine, nak yang berjela jela jatuh ala ala puteri bila kita gerakkan tangan but my tailor tak faham and suruh I tunjuk sampel. Sekarang macam macam style kan – baju kurung pun banyak variation - bukan sekadar baju kurung traditional and baju kurung moden, ada baju kurung riau, pahang, kembang, kedah, kebaya hehe and the list go on.

Macam mana baju raya you all semuanya tangan?  Ada tangan tangan macam ni ke ? :)

cekak sikit

tambah lace

2 layers ni rambu ramba

duyong style hehe ni tgn ermayum ye :)

And macam macam jenis tangan lagi - mana yang menarik next week wedding I snap lagi hahah. So that mana yang berkenan tunjuk ja kat tailor buat baju tu :)

Till later - Have a happy Monday :)

Losing the precious one

I was blog walking last night - and I arrived at here-  and I tracked back the story here, here and here and I cried  (maybe you think I am so easily touched - No, this is not a romance book that I cried over, this is a real story).

I could not imagine if I were at her place (or at anybody's place at all - who has lost a child) - losing a mum is hard enough but losing a child is beyond my imagination - to come to one's sense, to grip such a wretched reality-

From my experience (of losing somebody who is close to my heart), sad does not come immediately , shock turns into calmness, then turns into numbness - a state of no feeling - tears only fall later - A sense of longing or missing the one who we have lost will never go away. It will never heal- that part of our heart is gone forever.

I think she is so brave to be able to write in details a sequence of events that happened during and after the accident.

Reading her story make me want to hug my children tighter- to not being mad at the smallest petty things - to be more patient and of course to spend more quality time with them

I am not sure if losing a child before his or her birth (miscarriage) is easier than losing a child at birth (after carrying him or her for more than 9 months) or losing a child when he or she is still a baby or a toddler or losing them when they are a teenager or an adult - Each is hard and none is better than the other.

And  I don't want any . But it is not our choice to make. We can only pray for the best -pray that our children live longer and once they become independent, and successful in their life- we can go in peace. Amin.

Semoga Ummi Harris tabah dan cekal and roh anaknya dicucuhri rahmat
- Al Fatihah-

PS:
I am so thankful and grateful - because I never had a misscarriage like my dear friend has or death at birth like my cousin has- they are a few of many of the strong women that I know- they are happy now but it does not make the past is the past- every little angel is always thought for now and then.
Though the little ones touch their mothers' heart for only a short period of time (in the womb) or be (in this world) with their mother for a split of second- their mother will never forget them.

My mother lost my older sister when she was 7 days old- I could not imagine the thought of being pregnant for 9 months but to be together in this world for only 7 days-  It must be hard -
And my mother would remember every 25th of July - she would buy ice creams to be distributed to all the children playing outside our house because the day was my sister birth day- she remembered it for as long as she lived.

Sell me a dream

'

Salam

Kadang kadang rindu datang mengetuk jiwa- It comes and touches your very heart and today when I go to this one blog, I am carried away -

Kak Hazel- allow me to extract this from your blog:-

If there is ever a dream ....
If there is a dream to sell, what will you buy?

My answer is something like this:-
I would buy a dream of meeting my mum- to meet her one last time, and to see her - all smiling and she tells me all is ok now - .

Why did nt she come to my dream? Why so many people dream of the lost ones right after they passed away but I did not?

Anyway- I am just being sentimental today

PS:

Guys , what will you buy for a dream? Answer specific please - I want to meet my Mr Right for example or I want to see my girl getting married  :), or I want to dream of falling in love with Edwad Cullen, or whatever heheh - dont run - consider this as my tag to all of you hehe

Please pause for a moment (but keep breathing :)) and really think - if you have one dream to buy, what will it be? anyway dont do the thinking for so long- if you cannot think of anything - then you have no dream to buy dear- :) - or maybe it is a secret thing - cannot tell me :) - ok then

Have a nice weekend ahead :)
