Monday with Kiddos

Salam
I took an off day today to accompany Qayyum  Iman to his school trip to the newly and much talked about kids' zone -KidsZania. Hmm let me rephrase :), No, not that I truly want to accompany him, I myself  who is so eager to go heheh.  Hmm I can justify that - saya nak tengok tengok familiarize  (hmmm) so that it 'll be easier for me to bring orang kemaman/trengganu later :). Yelah apa apa lah kan - yang penting saya cuti hari ni :)  

 

Memula ambil ticket and boarding pas di sini. The tickets are already given to me so I dont line up to buy - but if I were supposed to buy on my own, I would buy online. There is online counter for you to collect online ticket

 

Then straight away to Cimb Bank to exchange your boarding pass with some pocket money. I dont know why they gave us this because we can't buy anything- (yang boleh dimakan atau dipakai ), it can only be used  at the departmental store but all items are priced at 100, 200 kidzos (as if in RM). You need to work more than1 week here if you want to get to that amount :)- jadi surgeon gaji 10kidzos, jadi fireman 8kidzos- so bila nak dapat 200 kidzos heheh.. It can also be used  at the shopping alley - nak lukis lukis muka or nak beli bunga or wisel lampu lampi :). And for the rest of other things, duit ni tak laku ye.

 

Dengan masa yang terhad- kurang satu hari, tidak banyak kerja yang boleh dibuat. Not to forget  that you have to line up and wait for your turn. The children wait about 15 minits untuk jadi surgeons. So campur tolak lebih kurang  dalam 5 jam, mereka hari ni merasa kerja di hospital,

merasa jadi fireman

 

And merasa juga jadi flight attendant.
Dina and Acha also merasa kerja kat salon - color kuku katanya heheh. Hellooo- Some of the job here tak ambitious leee :). And lagi satu yang I dont understand,  activity tunjuk perasan - "fight for the greener earth" macam tu- right cause but hmmm kena tunjuk perasaan berarak ke? :).

Mak bapak cuma boleh tunggu diluar . Semua gambar yang ada, saya ambil dari luar or dari cermin pintu sahaja :(. Nak ambil gambar budak budak bedah  patung tak boleh sebab tak nampak- Anyhow, memang ada photographer dekat dalam tu. Dia yang akan ambil gambar and kalau nak gambr tu, bayar lah kot  :).

Makanan boleh dibeli di dua tiga tempat but I would advise for you to bring tidbits and mineral water sebab masa menunggu turn, budak budak ni lapar lah, dahaga lah. Grrr :)

Surau kalau cari tak jumpa - tiada signboard surau - pergi  sahaja hala restroom ada surau kecik muat 3 orang ja huhu. Tempat lain semua besar except sini. Nasib ada kan  




So over all - kids would love being here especially yang dah besar sikit macam Acha or Dina. Kena datang lagi nanti untuk try kerja kerja lain :D.

My sis has found her other half - once again - Alhamdulillah moga kekal this time. For that, I would be having majlis doa selamat tomorrow's night and sekali harung I would also do tahlil for my parents as well. Hope all goes well.

I have no stories to tell apart the mundane daily life - bear with me

We attended a barbecue pot luck last weekend- pot luck cum birthday party

My office mate resigned last month to be SAHM - a SAHM she will be, but in oversea - glamour tu :),  following her husband who is currently working in Dubai. She has been a wife with husband very far away for some months and now it is time for them to be together. It was a hard choice to make but then I am sure it is the right one. Being together as 1 family is priceless. Job and career can be put on hold for a while. I would do the same if I were in her shoes. :)

So, the pot luck is more or less a farewell. I brought rendang ayam pencen which received so many compliment (ceh) last month during our office's pot-luck. It was requested again (and again -perasan),  so  sanggupla saya rebus ayam keras tu berejam, ricih lengkuas, bawang, etc and all untuk memenuhi demand (ceh - semua yang remeh tu I ask Jenny yang buat pun kekek) but I masak sendiri Ok, and kacau and kacau rendang sampai kering. Yummy enough with nasi himpit and kuah kacang semestinya (buat juga sebab nasi himpit without kuah kacang is like eating nasi without lauk :))


NI dah separuh eh


She is the one and only :) - she is also the one who baked me the big-tall RV kek last month. I ll remember her as a colleague who is very outspoken and forever with reasons and excuses :D, yet as a person she is caring and sweet with friends .

Whatever it is, thank you for giving colours to our working life. Tidak ceria office without you :). I wish you luck and enjoy your time in Dubai k. Ada rezeki we go and visit you heheh. 1 year cuma pejam mata. 2 years 2 kali pejam- Time flies so fast. In no time, we will have another pot-luck - yes, again.

Mother's Day Still

Finally, I manage to make good use of the tickets to Pusat Sains Negara (PSN), comlimentary of CIMB that I got in January. Dari sehari ke sehari, sampai dah nak expired.

Kids would love PSN sebab ada 2, 3 area where they can run, jump and play without adults interference. The Dinos would not be so much of attraction :) because small children scared of them. Q melalak sakan, Acha lari mencicit cuma Kak Dina ja cools.

 

Bersedialah untuk melanguk sambil anak anak terbang dari satu sangkar ke satu sangkar :) - bring a book and cari lah tempat lepak ye. My first time here - but we will come again, they love it here, ada dua tiga area tertutup  for children - didalam tu boleh panjat and jump and lari

The dino's exhibition will end May 31st. So hurry up. Ticket boleh beli kat kaunter - very cheap (tak ingat berapa sebab I dapat ticket free hehe, thank Q CIMB :)).

Tetamu Istimewa

I have quite a short weekend last week because I was everywhere :). To quote Mr Hub, "hidup dan tua didalam kereta/dalam perjalanan sokmo" hehe

He was on a quest (for something). Alhamdulillah sudah dapat but I hope it would come to him fast enough so that his quest ends there. Within 24 hours, he boarded a bus to Temerloh and then to Kuantan and then to KT and back to Kuantan last weekend sebelum berjumpa yang dihajati di Hulu Langat - just a few meters from my dad's shop. Sungguh jauh abang mencari, didepan mata juga terlekat dihati heheh (terpantunlah pula saya). 

And I drove to Temerloh last Friday evening kononnya to meet him in there but takada bas pergi Temerloh dari KT so he took a bus to Kuantan. I drove with the girls (and Jenny) to Kuantan you merentasi Karak di Senjakala  (nasib cerita Karak belum keluar and I belum tengok, kalau tak seriauuuu). Tupun, macam macam doa I baca, (kalau takut and kalau sedih memang ingat tuhan masa gelak lupa :().

Then, the next day balik bawa tetamu istimewa sekali and she will be here for a week sebelum ikut my SIL berjalan ke Indon. This is her longest stay because before this dia patah kaki (literally) kena jaga cucu  but now she was free :)

Bawak dia makan mee goreng italy (tak leh panggil spaggeti nanti dia tak makan hehe) 

And tengok wayang cerita hantu :) and makan ice cream uncle robin.

And malamnya kami makan nasi lemak world and ikan bakar di Muara Port.

Sonok betul tuk wan and cucu cucu pun sonok gak sebab berjalan satu hari.

Esok or lusa,  kita g makan pulut jepun pulak eh Tok Wan ?(sushi king:)), Masa duk sini lah tuk wan kena makan segala yang pelik esok dah balik KT tak dok dah. Ummi pun seronok sebab minggu ni minggu makan hehe

Buat apa weekend sedari semuanya ye?

Saya menerima tetamu dari East Coast untuk julung kalinya lagi last Thursday. The next day (ambil cutilah orang datangkan) tu kami shopping baju raya lagi hehe. Tak tahan you jackel sales (bukan iklan berbayar :)).

Melanguk dibahagian cotton berejam, tergoda dan menggoda. My sister likes to buy cotton and get her tailor to sew blouses for her. She is into tailor-made blouses so memang separa gilos lah :) bila ke kedai kain. And saya baru nak mencuba. Pilih kain dan bayar, bawak blouse yang ada ke tailor and copy cat or design la sendiri (ceh) :).

You all selalu beli ready made blouse mahal tak? Mine is murah around 60 to 70 (err murah ke tu? murahlah bawah rm100). Kalau custome made beli kain elok sikit dalam rm70 to 80 per 2 meters and tailor amek upah dalam rm35-40. So custom-made mahallah sikit but my Sil cakap sedap pakai and puas hati. So nilah baru nak mencuba. Kebetulan tailor kami sama (iye jauh dia menempah gara gara belajar basic menjahit disini dulu) and memang tailor tu sedap dan kemas jahitannya.

My Sil banyak tempah blouse muslimah yang kalau beli dekat butik boleh tahan juga harganya so in her case cheaper lagi tempah.

How about you all ye? Beli ke tempah? Walau dah mula menempah tak gurantee juga takkan beli yang ready maid kan hehe. Jamu mata dan tepuklah pocket  :)

Sampai berdondon

Received 2 parcels today. One is from MsLVoe, buku romantic hot :), hadiah free sempena tekan butang 'like' di FB :). I got lucky sebab jadi the 1st 6 :)



And another delivery sampai dari Diairimama for the bb cream that I ordered. Hmm hopefully lepas ni muka I mulus gebu macam dia and Zarin pickle pie hehe.Pada yang belum mencuba sila cuba. SPF 42, light weight and perfect cover. Sekali pakai terus cun. Da ready, no need foundation or spf anymore. Err sorrylah ye muka Ermayum censored nak tau halus macam mana muka kalau pakai cream ni, sila tengok muka Cik Zarin :D

Ke bandar Baru

salam weekend:)

Dina and Acha took one day off the school on Friday so that we could depart to Jengka Town Centre :). My SIL just moved to her new house and a few of us have agreed to visit her and lepaking catching up with the latest family gossips hehe.

Ponteng sekolah in order to go back hometown (or yang sewaktu dengannya like this time) is not the practice  that I approve - Dina's tactic of having headache early in the morning also does not manage her to get one ponteng day, inikan pula nak balik kampung sesaja kan. This is an exception as everybody coming from the east on Friday and go back on Saturday.

So here we are, tengok rumah baru my SIL yang baru pindah rumah, nice one storey house with big porch in front and at the back - and it is only RM 200k - Hmm, PP let's move to Jengka heheh

Bitternotsweet :)

Nampak sedap buat taste like a bunch of pills crushed to dust and you are forced to swallow it. Eee tak suka.

I eat bitter things. I love pria (yang besar) the bitter the better :). I love celery, combine it with green apple or pineapple, sodappp;)

But this is bad choice for the day. Pahitnya amat. Dimana silapnya ya? Celery is ok, green apple is ok. I suspect the culprit is from the taste of cucumber. Maybe timunnya pahit today. Sedikit muda ke, pernah makan tak timun dengan kulit, sometimes pahit tak sedapkan.

Walaubagaimanapun, it is stated on the menu that this is good for controlling cholestrol level in the body. Drink everyday and you have no cholestrol (ni I cakap ye, bukan menu tulis).

My dad used to blend peria katak (yang kecil kecil tu) the night before he went for his medical check up and I tell you his reading for sugar,blood pressure and cholesterol would be tip top:). But try to do impromtu check up on him,the results would be the reverse :d, I told him that he was cheating :), and he said, 'hmm kalau tinggi tinggi bacaan nanti Dr marah'

Anyway, if diamalkan every day sebenarnya bagus.So suruhlah mak mak and ayah anda cuba.
But not me, pahitnya macam rasa air diatas itu. ;) maybe when I am a bit older (still tak sedar diri tua hehe), akan menjadi minuman ruji :D

Bersama YB Today

I mengundi di Sungai Besi, sejak cukup umur untuk mengundi :). Last pilihanraya, I drove from far away Klang (jauh sangatlah kan hehe) to KL on mengundi day semata mata menjalankan kewajiban sebagai rakyat Malaysia (ceh) hehe. Walau dah pindah Kelang since year 2002, but tak tukar tukar tempat mengundi lagi.  Tapi tak sangka, today saya dapat beramah mesra dengan Yb dari kawasan Kelang.

Pagi pagi datang, tak sangka ada food :)

Today I am with Adun Selat Kelang, Yang Berhormat Dr Halimah sebab Kerajaan Negeri Selangor telah baik hati menyampai kan hadiah khairat kematian skim usia emas to my arwah dad. I made the application last month and today they present me 50% of the token (with another 50% on the way). 


Tahukah anda :) that if your parents are above 60 years old and dilahirkan dinegeri Selangor, mereka layak untuk skim ini. So sila lah bawak parents pergi daftar. Kalau tak daftar pun boleh jugak insyaAllah, cuma process tu lambat sedikit. Rm 2500 maybe not that big deal to some people but still ada orang nak bagi duit kan, ambillah boleh guna balik untuk kenduri or sedekah arwah. Pejabat Dr Halimah telah menolong saya juga kerana walaupun my dad rakyat selangor tapi beralamat di KL. So kena sign sana sini lah untuk pengesahan.


So setelah berurusan dengan pejabat Adun Selat Kelang ni dua tiga kali, I think I will try to vote here this coming election :). Kena google macam mana nak tukar tempat mengundila pulak. Anyway, Dr is a very humble and sweet person. Orang orang di pejabat dia also begitu. In her speech, she can still include tazkirah and somehow she is good (by right ahli politik memang pandai cakapkan :)). But I like her- she speaks with conviction and tazkirah nya pagi tadi masuk ke dalam hati sedikit sebanyak.

They also give away some token for mangsa ribut untuk kampung yang berdekatan. She said, sabar lah dengan ujian Allah, semuanya peringatan buat umat manusia. Apalah nak dibandingkan ribut yang menerbangkan sekeping, 2 atap rumah as compared to hari kiamat  yang bila semua nya hancur dalam sekelip mata. If gunung boleh menjadi rata kerana goncangan bumi pada hari khiamat apa lah sangat dengan dugaan ribut yang tidak seberapa. So kalau ribut itu telah menakutkan kita, takutkan lagi hari Kiamat yang sangat dasyat itu. She said again, gempa bumi merata dunia sekarang only takes less than one minutes, and kerosakan nya sudah cukup dasyat. Kalau Allah goncang bumi 2 or 5 minit bagaimana teruk lagi ye? 


Try imagine also (dulu tak terimagine but now since banyak sangat filem seumpama 2012, mesti boleh imagine kan :), but it will be worse, it will be beyond imagination) the day  hari kiamat comes when the whole universe (bukan only bumi kita) hancur in a split of second. This morning I feel like attending majlis illmu lah pulak rather than sessi YB bertemu rakyat heheh.  Itulah sebaik baiknya kan dari berkempen setiap masa :) .  She ends her speech dengan mengajak semua menbanteras maksiat. She said start from home. Jagalah anak lelaki kita, jagalah anak perempuan kita. Kurang maksiat, kurang murka Allah, kuranglah bencana. Hmm she is so right (dan saya sekadar  memanjangkan cerita dia)

One more thing nak war war kan lagi dekat rakyat negeri Selangor (ceh) , sesiapa 
yang ada anak lahir belum lebih setahun (since 2008), boleh isi borang skim Tawas. Each child yang layak dapat duit tabung rm 100 and bila l8 tahun dapat rm1500. Hmm memang tak banyak kan to some people but again, duit free jangan ditolak :D. Register ja . And kaum wanita 35 tahun ke atas ada check up mamogram for cancer payu dara free. For more info pergilah check di pejabat pejabat ADUN terdekat anda :)

Bibik Erma Today

Salam semua, saya susah lama tidak masuk office but tiada yang dirindui disana ;). Dalam hati 'Matikudasai monthly financial updates tak siap lagi'

Menjadi bibik sendiri today sebab si Jenny ke rumah Hj untuk renew permit. Waduh waduh sekejab bangat sudah satu tahun sih.:D

Anyway walaupun tukar profesyen untuk sehari, blogging wajib diteruskan. Bukan gitu?




Mari makan kuih kapit dulu sementara tunggu Acha balik dari school. Saya borong 20 bungkus untuk bagi jiran and untuk makan sendiri. Sedap sungguh ini dibuat oleh my Sil and sudah seantario Trengganu and Pahang terkenal.
