Salam

Saya kebusyan kehulu hilir tunggang telangang kerana mencari rezeki lebih- Untung sabut timbul kan, saya berat belum tentu tenggelam kan :). Come visit me here- I try to visit you all too dalam kesibukan ini.

How was your weekend dearest semua ? Makan dan makan or tidur dan tidur? hehe 
Last night, I had a movie date with Mr Hub (selepas berehat dari nonton dibulan puasa). We watched 2 movies back to back and and the great thing was they were FOC :).


Thanks to Nuffnang for its besday's present to me:)- sponsored by TGV, my favorite cinema ever because 
1) I like their seat  more than the other cinema 
2) They have friendly, trustworthy and reliable staff (hmmm bukan puji sebab dapat ticket free but dulu pun I dah puji - refer here when I loss my wallet (the wholes credit cards, and IDs). I came back the next day and they returned the wallet to me all in, nothing missing)
3) They are so convenience - ke kiri bukit raja ke kanan bukit tinggi, dua-dua ada TGV cinema.
4) They are hassle free - book ja online :)


And of course utmost thanks to Nuffnang walau pun I tepek iklan kat sini kadang muncul kadang tak, earning pun zero but I feel so lucky and appreciated when they send me an email asking me to pick up the free passes.     



And of course, thank you also to tukang kutip ticket, Mr Hub, sebab saya sangat lah fail jalan KL and takkan tau nak kutip dimana.



Ingatkan pass ni untuk  tengok cerita yang ada ** ja, or cerita dah hujung hujung, rupa rupanya tidak you. Boleh tengok cerita apa apa - sneak peak pun buleh :D


So I opted for  "Colombiana" and "Canon,the barbarian".  I really dont know cerita apa ni semua, siapa pelakon pun tak tau, gamble ja. And luckily kedua duannya berbaloi untuk ticket free worth RM60 tu (kalau tengok kat KLCC- worth lagi mahal lah kan :)). 

Yes Columbiana is a typical assasin-killer movie but no, it is not, sebab part yang memula tu budak kecik pun buat stunt tu - best you berdebar debar and Zoe Saldana is one hell of a beautiful and sexy lady. 


As for Conan, rasa macam tersalah pilih movie ja, I teringat pulak cerita Conan yang kat TV dulu dulu - ish mesti tak best ni, menyesal lah pulak and masa the first 15 minutes tu memangla boring asyik berlawan ja - adoi nak tertidur dah (it was 12.30 am show) but bila dia da besar, alahai hero tu comel gak eh (kekekeke - gelak gatal). So oklah tak boring dah lepas tu heheh

So that was it - tak lah best sangat but ok la and the one with Zoe lagi best. :)




A great supper too :)

Wassiya Shoppe

My brother and I  went to wassiyah shoppe (WS) last friday to settle my dad things. I am settling this as soon as possible (right after I got the death certificate) untuk mengelak yang tidak baik, untuk hati I lebih aman and untuk roh arwah lebih aman juga. How much or how little, I truly believe that rezeki tetap dari Allah and I take all with hati yang ikhlas- insyaAllah. siapa lah saya cuma menumpang harta parents yang tidak seberapa. Tiada apa untuk dibanggkan pun walau banyak atau sikit seadanya pun bukan saya yang mencarinya 

Alhamdulilah all goes on well with us.

And here is my sharing dear  (sharing is love)

We appoint WS  to be in charge of  "distributing" and "tagging" the relevant names (me or my brother) to each harta. They will settle arwah's saving, land  and building at a basic fee of RM 3400 per file (ayah  is one name ibu is another name- if you are settling both together, you need to open 2 files, but 2nd file is charged at 50%). They will charge some additional charges later (after all settles). The good thing is their charges  are cheaper as compared to Amanah Raya :). (please know that Amanah Raya is NOT the only organization yang menguruskan harta pusaka)

Here is some info if you are not aware:

ASB is saham - no penama is allowed, final distribution is based on faraed

EPF is with penama but final distribution will be faraed law as well. Penama hanya penjaga amanah

I am not sure about life insurance since we do have penama (my dad does not have any insurance). But of course at WS you can consolidate all

At wasiyyah shoppee, they will help you to settle all harta pusaka at one go at a very much cheaper cost - you  just need to  provide all documents, open file and sign in agreemeent for harta distribution as faraed method, or sama rata or other percentage based on whatever discussed. This means that you have a choice. ASB or EPF can be distributed as per waris's choice. (of course waris kena muafakat and setuju dengan whatever method or percentage), again this means that you dont have to follow faraed/islamic distribution)

Better still - make your wasiat with them at RM500 now - consolidate your wasiat with your hubby. This wasiat will supersede EPF nomination or ASB rules (faraed distribution). In this wasiat you can provide Hibah as well. 

Hibah is hadiah dari parents untuk any individual (family atau tidak) and harta hibah terkeluar dari pembahagian harta pusaka. For example you have many houses but there is one house that you want to hibah (hadiahkan ) kepada sorang anak angkat. This harta become hadiah kepada si dia when you are no more alive. Anak anak lain tidak boleh menuntut. Nice eh ?:D (and you can pull back the hibah when you still alive or change your mind)

Apart from RM 500 masa buat wasiat, WS will charge a yearly fee of Rm 200 per year up to 55 years of our age (if I am not mistaken). And there after, you dont need to pay any yearly fee. Apabila berlaku kematian, they will come and read the wasiat to all children and they will take care all.

Wasiat in Islam is very important sebenarnya so make your wasiat now :D

So please call your consultant at WS now :). Cheap and easy.

ps:

WS does not do ASB's pusaka  if  NO other harta (house, land etc) involved because the fees charged by them is too much as compared to work needed to be done (too easy work). Your next choice is  Amanah R but they will charge you as high as income tax tau :).

So, write up your will now,  please mention that you know this from Ermayum blog ye (so that I become referral for a bit of token - tq :) )

ps2: faraed distribution is good bila semua waris tak boleh come to a conclusion or an agreement but if there is any other way that makes everybody happy then that is the best. but if semuaa cannot decide , then faread is used so that nobody can question it as it is undang undang islam-  lelaki dapat lebih, sebab tanggungjawab besar-must take care of other parent or siblings, if anak pass away dulu dari ayah, cucu tak dapat sebab anak yang nak mendoakan ayah dah meninggal. parents are connected to children dan bukan cucu and so on. 

Sewing and Patching

Salam semua :). Genap sepurnama my SIL learned sewing here and she will go back home this Saturday. Thanks to her, I manage to get her to sew all baju baju yang terkoyak (kesian Ermayum hehe, pakai baju pun koyak rabak, sayang nak buang ), potong kaki kaki seluar yang panjang (maklumla saya ni pendek :) potong kat kedai Rm 10 tau :)), jimat jimat :). Jahit butang butang yang macam nak tercicir dekat  kain kain or tangan tangan kurung, jahit manik dekat baju yang plain (since she needed to experiment) and finally of course, I am testing her sewing ability by asking her to make me a pair of baju kurung . Hopefully serasi dan sedap lah rasa pakai so bolehlah nanti  tempah lagi dan lagi and I have made her promise to give me top priority (To Makda, you nombor dua:)).

And little that I know that she is into quilting as well. We dropped by Anna Patchwork House a few weeks ago and I got fascinated by a variety of handmade bags, pouches, handphone casing and all. And I promised Kak Anna (the owner) that I'll give her free publicity in my blog (ceh macam lah ramai yang baca blog I kan). Her shop is located at CP2 level, orange atrium in Sunway Shopping Mall. Kena masuk level 1 and naik escalator pergi level CP2balik - It is facing Sunway Medical Clinic, next to Western Union counter.

This place can be considered as one stop center lah because segala macam benang, kapas, butang and alat quilting ada jual dekat sini. Kalau nak order quilt customised pun boleh. Semua cloth material lawa lawa, rambang mata tengok and they are imported fabrics. Ada yang dah siap siap gunting dan di pack- pack - so beli ja and sambung jahit untuk buat pouch ke, bag ke, coins purse ke and etc.

Anna Patch House also holds classes untuk siapa siapa nak belajar, siap dengan material semua - bawak badan ja - Ada kelas yang 3 jam ja, terus boleh complete satu project. Nampak kedai ni kecik and tak ada apa but bila tengok beg beg cute tu rasa nak beli semua - buat beg kain sembahyang cun and buat gift bagi orang pun sweet and ada banyak quilt selimut kecik utk bagi newborn :).

So kalau ke Sunway Shopping Mall boleh la drop by iye and sapa sapa yang nak mencari hobi baru or memang minat quilting boleh lah cuba ke sini.. I bet Mak Pickle Pie mesti suka tempat ni , kan cik Zarin?Thanks to Kak Anna, especially her sister yang sungguh ramah melayan kami, macam dah lama kenal ye :)

Salam dear semua -

First of all (official lak today:)) ,  I m officially launching my two other blogs (nak lawan zarin , nana and kawan kawan yang lain yang ada banyak and variety of blogs heheh)

Secondly, I want to say thank you to maya, teika, shariz and mardina (who are you  dear?) - mintak maaf sesangatla sebab followers ikut nama email so sometimes I got confused)  because sudi jadi follower From Me To You walaupun blog ni will be very static as I dont have much to update :) - It is created out of suka suki (pinjam ladyofleisure nya word), but the truth has been told (ceh macam la apa ) and hopefully my dear readers now or future will try one or two of the things listed there :)

Those yang da pernah visit because I tinggalkan link kat shout box but  ada yang tak dapat tu cam Lady si budak kecik :) and yang lain lain sebab I tak jumpa  shout box u all :)

Thirdly, I would like to thank you thank you (double thank you) sebab si sweet sour:), kak iza :), and si gorgeous sudi menjadi antara customers yang pertama (from virtual world) ulung ulung kali :) - try it,if serasi beli lagi if tak serasi thank you for trying :)

Fourthly, hmm :) please visit the other me II - beauty in out - which listed zie zie beauty products.  Those who stays around shah alam, kalau pergi pkns ada satu beauty salon using  these for its facial treatment -nope, not my salon heheh - but a friend of friend. So this is the same products.

Actually I need an individual post to write about what works on my face and what  is not but in short is that my face is so used to many product- local and international (ceh macam bagus) -

During my younger years I used Nouvelless Visages (pengasas dia pernah kahwin ngan Nash tu :)), masa tu muka i memang la cun (perasan),

Then I switched to sk11 (bad choice as its full set did not suit me but miracle water is indeed a miracle) - I think my skin did not really go well with its moisturizer and a few other cream- night la whitening la . My face yang takda jerawat ni penuh jerawat bagaikan cendawan-

I sought treatment from dermalogica and it took me about a year to recover - another good natural product- beli ja starter kit RM 150 can last you for 2 months but facial dia mahal la - Rm 200 sekali you- I pergi julong-julong kali ja time kaya heheh).

Then I switched back to local product Olynn, From Olynn I tried another counter product (tak serik). But I didnt dare to try so many cream. I stick to the basic -cleanser,toner and moisturizer. So in short, I stick to a particular product no more than 2 years and  sometimes for even a shorter period :) - I guna NV lama, dermalogica also lama - after some time I think I just got bored with them (boleh pulak) - sebab my face starts looking dull after prolonged used.

And currently I am using zie zie- this is just another local product like NV and Olynn- but I think it is more subtle :) and more affordable - so visit me :), and I can arrange for  mobile facial for you- ramai yang da guna kat office ni cam my AA div, bella, Eca  and sungguhla terselah keayuan mereka heheh. Mine tak terselah sangat sebab I pakai ikut dan :) 
Without facial pun boleh guna kena but kenala ikut full step macam biasa - it takes some time

Frozen Food

An ex office mate came visited me last night- She resigned for almost a year now- I remember that she inspired me (ceh :) macam la apa kan) more or so give me an idea to write about this post – one of my earliest.



And I guess I owe her big ONE also because through her I come to blogging world – though her involvement is indirect- She asked me to visit her cake’s blog and not only I visited her but somehow I managed to create my own as well. It never occurred to me that I will be writing almost on a daily basis (again Cehwah- camla bagus sangat hehe)


She has this hobby about cake baking and cake decorating and has started taking orders and baking cakes for close friends-


Thought her resignation is not planned but I am happy that she is doing well-


Apart from cakes, (I do not want to promote her cakes here (as Su and Farah is also on the same cake baking business :) - to be fair to all heheh, instead, I want to promote her kuih) she also prepares and sells frozen delicacies.

She brought her sample for me to taste – 6 types of curry puff- sardine, kentang, kambing, chicken and what else ye T? She also has samosa and apam goreng (inti sambal). Nowadays, these kuih goreng has become a must have thing in my fridge- they are so convenience for breakfast or afternoon tea.


I have been taking my supplies from another office mate for months- RM 20 for 1 to 2 weeks stock- Er and My dad love curry puff and 3 packets of 30 pieces curry puff sometimes finish up in a few days. But for more choices, Yati’s curry puff has its own distinct flavor- I love the kentang karipap – from my office mate I buy sardine karipap so maybe I ll call you for kentang ones :). Mr Hub prefers you’re your curry puff also (Qaseh don’t worry – I still love your sardine curry puff:)).


If you live around Banting, Klang, or Shah Alam, you can contact Yati here- she can prepare and fry all kuih in advance and deliver to your event – kenduri or gathering. She can prepare kuih muih melayu like kuih talam and seri muka as well. I will order from you dear next time if I buat makan makan :)

Wish you more and more luck (if you terkenal sapa yang terkenal- akak jugak heheh)

To the others- Happiness is from within- Find it within yourself- if you cannot find it- dig deeper :)- it is only a state of my mind- and a state of heart- :)
