I was reading my friend's tweet just now and I rememeber this unfinished post.

) this "Seriously harus kuat semangat nk suh anak solat. Byk tul alasan tkmo solat!"
And I reply "ooo penyakit Dina or Acha da dtg". There were times when they first started with 5 times a day that they were so diligent. Or bila ada cousins yang rajin solat datang. Nampak senja belum Maghrib pun dah solat maghrib. Nampak dah gelap belum isyak pun dah sibuk nak solat isyak.

But sometimes there are times when they have to be reminded to perform solat. And as mother we will be asking them "have u solat? "Not yet ummi, err kejab lagi ummi " and 1 hour later, I ll be asking again and again sampai satu badan naik angin
. And sometime I forget to ask and gone solat for that particular waktu. So as a mother I am forever asking and nagging. (what else mothers do??:))
One day I was so mad that I said "apa nak jadi ni solat tak ingat, dont u want to say thank you to Allah, dont u want to make doa for your well being or for umi or ayah ?. Fine, ummi penat dah, ummi tak nak ingatlan u all lagi, biarkan berdosa. Biarkan nanti kubur masing masing gelap (as if that will make them scared kan, org besar pun tak takut
).
Hub overheard that and he asked me how many time have I reminded them? Dah sampai 56 ribu kali ke?, he questioned. Hmm, apasal pulak mamat ni?? :). Rupanya, the week before that, there were ceramah at Acha's school that he attended and the ustazah was giving lectures on the same topic "melatih anak anak solat". She said that parents must always try to remind their children to perform solah. Kalau tak cukup 56000 kali suruh, jangan cakap penat ye puan puan and tuan tuan, katanya. Kena sentiasa ingatkan mereka, and latih mereka untuk bersolat.
Hmm, I believe that I have not yet arrive at the 56th thousand count. Lepas ni, tiap kali suruh or ingatkan anak anak kena tekan counter :D ye? :)
Together lets continue to remind them until ke sejuta kali sekalipun. Biar solat itu ringan pada mereka, dimana mana mereka berada, dalam apa apa keadaan sekalipun. Mereka sesungguhnya masih lembut dan masih mudah dilentur.

Carilah akhirat dahulu, dunia itu akan mengikut. Jika kita mecari dunia semata, bekal akhirat akan tertinggal.
