Hold your heart - synchronize it with you mind, let both click and find your inner strength - find the inner peace and hold on to it.
And I am going to tell you this over and over ...
I guarantee you that you will be OK – you will survive this turmoil and upheaval – you just WILL, there is no any other ways. So hang on there.
My dear, leave yesterday's scar, live for this moment because tomorrow is filled with uncertainty. Yet Hope is always there - have faith, have faith and you will be OK.
