Look and see

 Have pity

Bleeding heart with no blood

Scars too wounded to patch up

Holes too hollow to wrap

Empty void so deep
Broken self
So torn apart

Look  and See
He who lives in sleep

who sleeps in dream
who dreams in vain 

Heart wide open but cold

Eyes shut tight but wander

Look and see
Touch the soul 
Caress its essence
Understand its existence
